1. Who we are

This campaign is operated for the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee and Team Saudi. This policy explains how information is handled when you participate in the Cheerometer campaign.

2. Information we collect

• Your full name and Saudi mobile number.
• Your selected language and campaign consent choices.
• Your audio recording and, if selected, video recording.
• Sound-analysis results, score, discount tier and coupon assignment.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device type and operating system.
• WhatsApp coupon-delivery and message-status information.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate the campaign, validate entries, calculate rewards, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, issue coupon codes, deliver coupons through WhatsApp, administer the video-entry prize draw, provide support and maintain campaign security.

4. Recordings

Audio is processed to calculate cheer intensity. Video is collected only when you choose the video-entry option and may be used to verify prize-draw eligibility. Recordings are not sold.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use contracted technology providers for hosting, databases, private media storage, security and WhatsApp Cloud API delivery. These providers process information only to provide their services. Some processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable safeguards and Saudi data-protection requirements.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only for the campaign period and for the limited additional period required for reward fulfilment, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls, private storage and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. A withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent continued campaign participation.

8. Deletion requests

To request deletion, contact Team Saudi through the official support channels on the Team Saudi Shop website. Include the mobile number used for the campaign so the request can be verified. We may retain limited records where required by law or to prevent repeated claims.
