How to submit a request
- Contact Team Saudi through the official Team Saudi Shop support channel linked below.
- Use the subject Cheerometer Data Request and tell us whether you want to access, correct or delete your data.
- Include your full name and the Saudi mobile number used to enter the campaign.
- Do not send passwords, coupon codes, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information with your initial request.
Verification
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you. This protects campaign participants from unauthorized access, changes or deletion.
What can be requested
- A copy or summary of personal information associated with you.
- Correction of inaccurate name or mobile-number information.
- Deletion of eligible campaign information, including submitted recordings.
After a deletion request
Once your request has been verified, eligible personal information will be deleted from active campaign systems and scheduled for removal from applicable backups. Deletion may prevent us from recovering your recording, processing your entry or reissuing your coupon.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law, needed to complete an existing transaction, resolve a dispute, protect the campaign from fraud or prevent duplicate coupon claims. Retained information will remain restricted to those purposes.
Response time
We will acknowledge and process verified requests within the period required by applicable Saudi data-protection law. We will notify you if additional information or time is reasonably required.
